About RPC Letting Agents Burnley - Property Management Burnley, Nelson, Colne and the surrounding areas

Property investment with peace of mind!

RPC Letting Agents in Burnley are specialists in property management in East Lancashire. Formed in 2003, the business is now in its 17th year of serving Landlords and Tenants from the head office in Burnley. We ae a close knit team, with experienced and dedicated staff who work together to give our landlords and tenants the professional service required in residential lettings. Our friendly and knowledgeable team members are on hand to help make your investment pay dividends and provide tenants with comfortable, secure homes.

As one of the best letting agents in Burnley we manage some 600 properties, for over 130 landlords. Our landlords range from young investors in their 20’s to very experienced businessmen in their 80’s. We have Landlords who live locally, across the UK and abroad. We treat Landlords with equal care whether they have a single property, or a portfolio of 100+ units.

Compulsory Landlord Licensing in Burnley sets high standards of property maintenance and management and being a license holder can be expensive to achieve and maintain.  RPC letting agency has been helping both landlords and the council since the start of the schemes, and we have an excellent working relationship with the Landlord License team. By working  with them and landlords to comply with the requirements in the most efficient and cost effective way, we save time and get help from them when we need it.   Landlord licensing may seem to be no more than an extra tax on landlords, but on the positive side the tenant referencing requirements and housing standards expected have reduced anti-social behaviour and improved the neighbourhoods.

We have the enthusiasm and dedication of keen entrepreneurs plus the wisdom of years of experience. We pride ourselves in helping landlords make a success of letting moderately priced properties to decent tenants.  Contact us with any questions and see how we can be of assistance to you.

Hi Mujeeb We cannot thank you enough for the help and support that you have given us with our issues with the local council. Without your efforts we would have lost a considerable amount of money and our properties would have remained unlettable. At all times you have kept us fully informed... Read testimonials

Mujeeb Rehman Mayor MedalSince founding RPC Letting (one of Burnley's leading Property Management companies) I have always wanted to make things better in my hometown of Burnley. Being born and raised in this town makes you forget all the things we have here that we take for granted. Our parks and surrounding greenspaces and our local heritage like Townley Hall, Weavers Triangle and Pendle Hill. We have a great nightlife and a variety of places to eat around our town. This is why I invested my time and energy into Burnley.
Our Property Management business has gone from strength to strength and my continuous love for Burnley pushed me to find Property Investor and Landlord to also invest in Burnley.
Growing up in Burnley's not so affluent area gave me insight to the plight of families (some of whom I classed as friends as children). It has been hard for me to see people struggle in our towns other areas too and our team at RPC Letting Agents Burnley did our best to step up to issues caused by the pandemic by helping local people with food parcels and financial donations. Over the years we have also sponsored sports teams and events to keep our towns youths active and still continue to support them.

Last week Mayor and Lord Wajid Khan honoured our efforts with the Mayors Medal. Its great to receive a Mayors medal for my contributions and efforts during these tough times. I am truly humbled by the award I received and am grateful to have been in a position where I was able to assist the people of my town. I want to thank everyone who has been apart of our journey and look forward to a more prosperous future invite more landlord to join us as property management clients to add to growing portfolio.

We often report local authorities criticising the standards of letting agents and landlords - now here's a quite different story.

Letting agents and landlords have been praised by Burnley council for their professional approach to looking after their properties and tenants.

Mujeeb Rehman, of RPC Lettings, has also become the first landlord to achieve the gold standard as part of the council's Good Landlord and Agent Scheme, or GLAS.
